You have to search for what applies to you. If we search "government grants for homeless shelters" we get this description.
Government grants for homeless shelters are primarily distributed through federal programs managed by HUD, FEMA, and HHS, often flowing down to state and local levels. Key opportunities include the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG)Continuum of Care (CoC) Program, and the Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP). Most funding is awarded to local governments or nonprofits through competitive processes, state-managed applications, or local boards.

We could share a few names that came up... but you should search for yourself. Keep in mind there are many private companies focused on this.
Make sure they are reliable. Most Sites end in .gov.
